This dialog box lets you align the left image over the right image in order to optimize the stereoscopic effect.

Min / Max
Values under these columns indicates the possible values range for each fields.

This operation is often used with left and right images taken by non-stereoscopic cameras.  With such cameras, manual adjusting is often required to fine tune the stereoscopic effect.
